There are 3 wild black bears on the property. Our neighbor said that we just missed one of them outside on room (no worries, we are on the 5th floor) when we got in yesterday. We are hoping to catch one before we leave on Friday though. The resort gave us info on them. As long as we leave them alone they are harmless. I would still rather encounter one from the balcony though!!
Tonight is the Dixie Stampede. I am hoping Dolly Parton shows up but Paul wouldn't mind if she doesn't. :-) More on that experience to come!
